Chocolate Fountain

What is a chocolate fountain? A chocolate fountain is a piece of catering equipment for serving melted chocolate. They typically stand at about 4 feet in height with layered tiers over a basin at the bottom. The basin heats the chocolate to keep it liquified so it can be pulled back up to the top of the fountain. It then flows over the tiers back down the fountain and the process the repeated over and over.
